A summer of firsts…..

Summer 2024 – one to remember for Pamper&Play. The first summer we were open, and we have learnt lots!

We have so loved meeting all of you and your little ones and getting to know you all. We are overwhelmed by the love you have for our little concept and are so grateful to everyone who visits us, and to the regulars we now have for all the words of encouragement.

Some days we have been so quiet that we have questioned whether we would be able to pay the bills, and others we haven’t even been able to stop for a drink or a wee! No two days are the same, and we are still very much trying to find a rhythm for our business.

We have had our first complaints to deal with, which we have taken on board and hope to use the points raised to improve the services we offer and the way we run our business to give you the very best of us and for you to feel you have had good value for money.

We have held our first birthday party which was a Teddy Bears picnic theme! We loved setting this up, and would love to hold many more parties in our setting and take the stress out of the prep work for you so please contact us if you would like to know more.

We had Finnley’s reception class meet and greet for his first year at big school! Thank you to everyone who came to play the weekend before school started, I can’t believe my youngest is now a school boy.

Hannah had her first big colour transformation in her very own salon, and she smashed it!! Tracey’s hair looks amazing! She also completed a fab colour transformation for Tash which is giving us all the Autumn vibes <3

Alfie started nursery two mornings a week, which has been a big step for both him and Hannah. He is doing so well and becoming more and more confident with leaving Mummy in the mornings.

We move on now into Autumn and Winter and are so excited about our plans over the next few months including BIG Christmas plans for your little ones.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our new business and believing in me and Hannah. Please come and see us soon, all the love Nat and Han 😊
